RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We only offer exchanges & store credit. We do not offer REFUNDS unless an error is made by the seller “Itsagirlthing.”
DAMAGED ITEMS
Defective items MUST be reported within 10 days of receipt. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. Please contact itsagirlsthingllc@gmail.com with photos clearly identifying the damage.
SIZING HELP
Q: I’m in-between sizes - What should I do?
A: If everything fails and you still can’t figure out your size based on our size charts, go one size up. This has been the solution for most of our customers but, of course, it’s not 100% certain that this will be the right choice for you.
